Hi, I am Paul Stowers. I’m the Managing Director of Absolute Management Solutions.
Over the past 18 years I have undertaken over 4,000 mediations throughout New Zealand which has provided me with a wealth of experience and knowledge.
As a matter of fact: In between running after my 5 year old son, I am a keen DIY'er and a proud Auckland Blues supporter.
I have facilitated many collective employment agreements with major private and public organisations. I provide expertise in relationship management, resignations, redundancies and dismissals, all of which are delivered in a highly efficient and professional manner.
